Your
answers must be written in the boxes with no other equal signs
using
grouping symbols where needed.
Correct format: 98 = (1+9)x9+8. Incorrect format: 1 + 9 =10
x 9 = 90 + 8 = 98.
Also,
two digit numbers (such as 19, 91, 98, 99) may not be used.
*It
is possible

Square
Root: Don't forget, if you need a "3",
you can make one by using the square root of 9 or .
Once you
have your three, you can use it like this example:...........18
= x
+
(1 + 8)
Cube
Root: A cube root is similar to a
Square Root. It is the number which when taken to the third power
or "cubed" gives you the number under the radical symbol.
Ex:
= 2, because 2 to the
third power = 8.
Factorial:
Is a mathematical operation involving multiplying all of the positive
integers from 1 to the number with the factorial sign.
For example:
three factorial is written 3! and it means 1 x 2 x 3 = 6. I
have found that by using the square root of 9 which equals 3 and
then applying the factorial, I can create a
six from one of the "9" digits......ex:......!
= 6........Try it out on your calculator, it's really cool.
Once
you can use factorial notation, a lot of numbers can be found like
this one: 23 = 1 x !
+ 9 + 8.
