CYLINDER Net Example with Surface Area and Volume

 

Remember the sides of cylinders are always rectangles that wrap around the circular bases.

Don't forget your glue flaps. For a cylinder, they need to be little tabs.

Remember to include correct dimensions. Measure across the center of the circle to get your diameter, and be as accurate as your ruler will allow. If your diameter is off, your circumference will be wrong, and the length of the rectangular side will not match the actual circle. So when you go to glue it, it wont fit.
